make such a big decision. What makes me stand out among the
other hundreds of realtors you could choose? I have worked very
hard for over six years to become the best real estate
professional possible. I am a member of the Council Of
Residential Specialists (CRS). In order to become a member I had
to meet many sales requirements and take many, many advanced
education hours from the nations top real estate professionals.
Less than 6% of Realtors nationally have this designation. This
has made me better equipped to serve my clients with the very
best service.

listen to you, hear your needs and find the home that best
fits all of your criteria. I will not show you properties
that you are not interested in, but will refine the search
to be the most effective for your time.
Listing properties is also my specialty. I am often asked,
“How many homes do you have listed right now?” The answer is
usually not many! If I have a lot of homes listed, what does
that say about my selling ability? To me it says that I can
list a home, but not sell it. So, I usually do not have many
homes on the market simply because they SELL. I market
effectively and work for a company that has national
recognition and a huge referral program.
I am a successful Realtor and I give that credit to working
very hard with integrity for my clients and I give thanks to
the Lord for every transaction that comes my way.
